Wigan equalised with eight minutes left when Mohamed Diame slammed in a left-foot shot from 18 yards, but Chelsea broke their hearts in stoppage time when Fernando Torres' superb volley struck a post, hit Juan Mata and flew over the line.

Bolton Wanderers 0-3 Fulham
Bolton's recent revival was halted at the Reebok Stadium by a brilliant Fulham display, with US international Clint Dempsey in wonderful form.
The Cottagers made much the brighter start and they went in front when Dempsey slammed a stunning 30-yard free-kick into the top corner of Adam Bogdan's net.
Dempsey headed in a Damien Duff cross to double the lead and as Bolton pressed forward, Mahamadou Diarra stole in to convert John Arne Riise's centre and make it 3-0.
Liverpool 1-1 Aston Villa
Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez rescued a draw for Liverpool as they were frustrated at Anfield once more, this time by a hard-working Aston Villa side.
Villa went in front early on, a neat passing move ending with Barry Bannan teeing up Chris Herd to coolly side-foot past Liverpool keeper Alexander Doni.
Liverpool threw everything at Villa with Suarez heading against the post, but he nodded in from a yard with eight minutes remaining as Kenny Dalglish's side avoided defeat.
Norwich City 2-2 Everton
Norwich pegged Everton back twice as Carrow Road as the two sides shared a thrilling draw in the Barclays Premier League.The in-form Toffees edged ahead when Phil Jagielka crossed for Nikica Jelavic to fire home, but Norwich levelled when Wes Hoolahan centred for Jonny Howson to tuck past Tim Howard.Everton regained the lead when Jelavic converted Steven Pienaar's left-wing ball in, but Grant Holt kept his cool to sweep in another equaliser late on.
WBA 3-0 Blackburn Rovers
Blackburn's hopes of survival suffered a setback at the Hawthorns as they succumbed to an impressive WBA.West Brom performance.The Baggies went in front after only seven minutes when Gareth McAuley's header was deflected into his own net by Blackburn defender Martin Olsson.The visitors doubled their lead when Marc-Antoine Fortune scored from close range, before Liam Ridgewell headed in a Graham Dorrans cross to wrap up the points.
Sunderland 0-0 Tottenham Hotspur
Sunderland did A great Job to Stop The Spurs As Tottenham missed Few chances which should have been taken but didn't. Tottenham Hotspur were frustrated by Sunderland on Saturday as they try to cement a place in the top four in the Barclays Premier League.Spurs had to settle for a point at the Stadium of Light despite having most of the play, as the Black Cats defended doggedly and kept the visitors at bay.Benoit Assou-Ekotto clipped the outside of the post from 30 yards, Luka Modric forced a save from Simon Mignolet and Gareth Bale headed on to the roof of the net, as Spurs could not find a breakthrough.
Stoke City 2-1 Wolves
Peter Crouch's second-half header earned Stoke City victory to leave Wolves struggling at the bottom of the Barclays Premier League.Crouch headed in a Jermaine Pennant cross just after the hour mark to complete a fine comeback and move Stoke up to 11th in the division.Wolves took the lead when Michael Kightly's ball into the box sailed straight into the Stoke net, but the Potters levelled when Robert Huth fired home before Crouch won it to leave Wolves six points adrift of safety.

Manchester United strengthened their position at the top of the Barclays Premier League by overcoming battling Queens Park Rangers.The match swung in United's favour on 15 minutes when they were awarded a penalty for Shaun Derry's challenge on Ashley Young - which earned the Rangers' man a red card.Wayne Rooney despatched the spot-kick, but 10-man Rangers held out until 68 minutes when Paul Scholes lashed home from 20 yards.Michael Carrick rattled the post with a powerful long-range drive but although United did not add to their total, they comfortably held on for the win.
Arsenal 1-0 Manchester City
Mikel Arteta struck a brilliant late winner as Arsenal dealt Manchester City's Barclays Premier League title hopes a huge blow.The Spaniard rifled in a low drive from 25 yards on 87 minutes to secure a victory which leaves City eight points behind rivals Manchester United with six matches left to play.Arsenal had come closer to scoring during play with Robin van Persie twice seeing headers come back off the woodwork, while Joe Hart tipped a Theo Walcott effort on to the post.But Arteta's late goal secured an eighth win in nine League matches for the third-placed Gunners - while City's miserable afternoon was complete as Mario Balotelli was sent off for a second yellow card in the dying minutes.
