Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola believes Lionel Messi is not at the peak of his career yet, as he feels he is still getting better every year.
The 24-year-old is the favourite to win the 2011 Fifa Ballon d'Or and would be the first player since Michel Platini to lift the trophy three times in a row.
"Every year he is getting better. You always think he has reached the top, but then gets better again, because he plays more and gains experience," Guardiola stated in a press conference.
