Roman Abramovic The Chelsea Fc Owner  Has Decided To Splash His Cash On French And Newcastle Star Mathieu Debuchy With an Offer of  £6million.Chelsea plan to snatch French international Mathieu Debuchy from under the noses of Newcastle as the Stamford Bridge club continue their summer transfer splurge.The £6million-rated right-back has impressed during Euro 2012 and was expected to join the Magpies after the tournament.But Blues owner Roman Abramovich has identified the 26-year-old as the next piece of his new-look Chelsea side.The right back slot has been a problem area for the London club with Jose Bosingwa being released at the end of last season.The versatile Branislav Ivanovic meanwhile wants to play at the heart of the defence after being shunted out to full back.Ajax’s Gregory van der Wiel is also a possible target but Debuchy looks to have jumped to the front of the queue, according to the Daily Mirror.Chelsea, who this week confirmed caretaker boss Robert Di Matteo as their permanent manager on a two-year deal, have already bought midfielders Eden Hazard of Lille and Marko Marin of Werder Bremen this summer for a combined £40m.Porto striker Hulk and Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini are also on their hit-list as Abramovich plans a new-look side for an assault on the Premier League and for the defence of their Champions League crown.Meanwhile, Chelsea could be without David Luiz in pre-season after the Brazilian defender was called up by his country for the Olympics.
